Six year old galloper, THUNDER STAR has certainly struck form in Malaysia for trainer Richard Lines stable as he strives for back to back wins in the 1150m Class 4A contest at Kuala Lumpur on Sunday.

THUNDER STAR, a two time winner in Singapore, took little time in doubling that win tally with a further two victories from three runs in Malaysia. The gelding has raced over the 1020m on Track Two in all three local outings, culminating with an impressive win by 2.25 lengths when caught wide for most of the trip against Class 5 company.

Over the longer journey, THUNDER STAR will carry 3kg less on the upgrade and strikes a winnable Class 4 race this weekend.
