RACE 5 (R 1438) CLASS 4 (B)  – 1200M

At approximately the 250M-mark, SYMBOL OF COURAGE (L De Souza) was crowded and had to check when OUD WOOD (KC Tham) shifted inwards.  At a subsequent inquiry, Jockey KC Tham pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) and was suspended from riding in races for a period of two (2) race days with effect from Monday, 26^th   December 2022 and to expire on Sunday, 1^st January 2023, both days inclusive. He was advised of his Right of Appeal (4.40 pm).
