Six year old, SOUSUI will be searching for immediate atonement when he steps out in the 1500m Class 4A contest at Kuala Lumpur on Sunday.

The former Singapore galloper arrived in Malaysia with three wins and created an immediate impact with a victory over 1300m at his local debut on January 12.

SOUSUI simply trailed the leaders before drawing away to score by 1.5 lengths. Rising 7kg in the weights, the gelding was backed into favourite last start where he closed off well from midfield to finish 3rd over 1200m.

SOUSUI will once again carry the 58kg and looks well placed stepping up to the 1500m for the first time this weekend.
