In an effort to increase the young horse population and support Magic Millions, the Club would be extending a freight subsidy of RM10,000 to Selangor Turf Club based owners and trainers for every two-year-olds purchased at the Magic Millions Gold Coast 2YO in Training Sale to be held on 24 October 2023.

The Sale would feature 146 exciting prospects for buyers to invest in their next racetrack star. The Sale has a long and proud history of producing outstanding graduates around the world. Famously the sale has produced the Melbourne and Australia Cup winners and multiple Group 1 winners in Hong Kong.

The Selangor Turf Club’s partnership and strong affiliation with Magic Millions has seen Kuala Lumpur based owners and trainers travelling to Gold Coast yearly to bid for the horses of their choice, first hand directly from the seller.

Prior to the Sale, the Selangor Turf Club hosted the running of the Magic Millions Gold Coast 2YO Sale Trophy on 30^th September 2023 as a lead up to the 2YO in Training Sale in Gold Coast, Australia. Director of Magic Millions Sales Pty Limited, Mr David Chester presented the prizes to the winning connections of the winning horse, Malaysia Captain.
