Four-year-old galloper RUNNING SPIRIT looks on target of a winning return in the 1200m Class 4 event at Kuala Lumpur on Saturday.

RUNNING SPIRIT has improved with race experience and was able to break the maiden tag at start number five over 1100m in November last year. The lightly raced gelding did not disgrace at his first foray in Class 4 company when finishing runner up over the 1175m on December 31.

RUNNING SPIRIT is a fast and reliable beginner who races best when coming off the freshen up. He strikes a winnable contest with senior jockey HS Gill to ride the gelding for the first time.
