The Club will host its biggest race of the year, the RM250,000 Piala Emas Sultan Selangor on Sunday, 1^st December 2024. Representing the final leg of the Club’s Triple Crown Series, the Piala Emas Sultan Selangor race featuring a distance of 2,000 metres is the blue ribbon event for the top stayers in the country.   

The first and second leg of the Triple Crown Series featuring the Equine Santuary Tunku Gold Cup and the Hygain Horse City Selangor Gold Cup races were ran in April and September respectively.

A total of five international and local racing clubs and authorities will be participating in the races Sunday, 1^st December 2024. This year’s representation comprises Melbourne Racing Club, Jockey Club of Turkey, The Royal Bangkok Sports Club, Singapore Pools and Royal Sabah Turf Club. Each of the racing clubs/authorities will have a race named after their Clubs and representatives are invited be present the prizes of their named race.
