Smart three year old MILITARY FLAG will have his sights set on four successive victories when he lines up in the  1400m Chairman’s Trophy in KL this Sunday.

MILITARY FLAG will be freshened following his Wilayah Silver Bowl win over 1200m last months as he steps up to the 1400m for the first time. Three other runners who contested the “Bowl” are engaged in Sunday’s feature including third place getter, MISTY SWIFT. The five year old will once again carry top weight but has been a model of consistency with 3 wins from 6 runs in the country.

HEART OF FIRE, a winner at its local debut in November, trialed impressively here Tuesday week ago and is one to watch first up. ANSU finished runner up in that same trial and will strip fitter from his first up 4th in the Wilayah Silver Bowl. The value runner could be VILLAGE WARRIOR which has made rapid improvement and drops 2.5kg  from his successive victories.
