Trainer Malcom Thwaites Super Winner, displayed a gallant performance to win Supreme A event over 1100m in Race 6. The eight-year-old by Kaphero was in seventh spot at the early part of the race and moved along very well at the home bend and then came with a determined effort in the run home to beat Gariza. Should be suited over a slightly longer trip.Trainer Mohd Sukri’s Fardus, broke the ice in fine fashion in the Open Maiden event over 1400m in Race 7. The three-year-old by Roc De Cambes was in midfield spot at the early part of the race and moved in handy spot when the heads turned for home and came with a determined run at the finish to beat Excalibur. More wins in store for Fardus in future races.Also, from the yard of Mohd Sukri, Sahm broke the Maiden tag in Race 8. The three-year-old by Reliable Man was in handy spot till the final stretch for home to beat Minutestomidnight in a convincing manner. Should do well over a long trip.
