RACE 1 (R1062) CLASS 5(A) – 1600m (lc)
NEVERTHELESS and D’GREAT MAGIC, both are course scratching. NEVERTHELESS had sustained a sore off fore fetlock whilst D’GREAT MAGIC had sustained a bruised near fore sole. Each will be required to pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again.
KING’S SPEECH (S Saddam) and DARCY (S Ruzaini) were slow into stride.
SUCCESS STREET (Y Aify) and SPEEDY SWALLOW (App H Haikal) was obliged to race wide in the early and middle stages.
Passing the 1000M-mark, FEEL THE FIRE (HS Gill) bumped SPEEDY SWALLOW.
Passing the 200M-mark, MAVERICK (SU Lim) drifted out under pressure and finished the race wide.
MR HOPKINS (R Rueven), FEEL THE FIRE, SPEEDY SWALLOW and SUPERIOR COAT (S Salee) which raced poorly, will each be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again.
Jockey R Rueven, the rider of MR HOPKINS reported that his mount was not striding out freely. A post-race veterinary examination of MR HOPKINS revealed no obvious abnormality.

RACE 2 (R1063) CLASS 5 (B) – 1600m (lc)
KING OF GLORY, a course scratching as it had sustained a sole bruise near fore, will be required to pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again.
Trainer Peter Lee was fined RM250/- for negligence under MRA Rule 152(5)(a) for failing to seek the permission of the Stewards for Jockey SU Lim to ride 2kgs overweight on TRINITY HONOR within the stipulated time.
EKRAAR PHOENIX (S Ruzaini) was examined behind the barriers by the Club Veterinary Surgeon and was passed fit to start.
Jockey Y Aify, the rider of BANG BINGO lost the use of his near side iron on jumping and managed to re-gain it shortly thereafter.
EKRAAR PHOENIX and SHYLOCK (HS Gill) were slow into stride.
Shortly after entering the straight TRINITY HONOR (SU Lim) commenced to hang out.
Passing the 300M-mark, ROCK N ROLL (R Rueven) was held up for a run.
KALA GHODA (L De Souza) which raced poorly, will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again.
Post-race veterinary examinations of KALA GHODA and BANG BINGO revealed no obvious abnormality.
The Club Veterinary Surgeon reported that TRINITY HONOR returned having cast its near hind plate.

TOM’S PHOENIX, a course scratching as it had sustained skin allergy, will be required to pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again.
MONGKOK STAR (KC Tham) jumped awkwardly and was slow into stride. Thereafter, showed no pace despite being urged.
LOOKS GOOD (S Saddam) was obliged to race wide in the early and middle stages.
Passing the 150M, Jockey How Yang, the rider of LEONG MA BISCUIT dropped his whip and was warned to exercise more care despite winning.
SILENT BOSS (S Ruzaini) which raced poorly, will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again.
Jockey S Ruzaini, the rider of SILENT BOSS reported that his mount was not striding out freely. A post-race veterinary examination of SILENT BOSS revealed no obvious abnormality.

FIRE AWAY (HS Gill) was examined behind the barriers by the Club Veterinary Surgeon and was passed fit to start.
ST ALWYN (App M Ekdihar) threw its head up as the start was effected and was slow into stride.
GOLDEN SHOW (Y Aify) brushed the outside gate on jumping.
GEORGETOWN (R Rueven) over-raced in the early stages.
Passing the 1000M-mark, GOLD EIGHTY-THREE (App Z Syafifie) and GEORGETOWN bumped.
MODRIC (S Salee) was obliged to race wide in the early and middle stages.
ST ALWYN entered the home straight wide.
JULIUS CAESAR (S Saddam) which raced poorly, will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again.
Jockeys R Rueven and S Saddam, the riders of GEORGETOWN and JULIUS CAESAR respectively, both reported that their mounts were not striding out freely. Post-race veterinary examinations of GEORGETOWN and JULIUS CAESAR revealed no obvious abnormality.

The Club Veterinary Surgeon reported that GOLD EIGHTY-THREE returned having cast its near fore and off hind plates.

CHERISH (AK Lim) was examined behind the barriers by the Club Veterinary Surgeon and was passed fit to start.
STARHARMONY (App N Shahronnizam) jumped awkwardly and was slow into stride.
CHERISH was slow into stride and thereafter, showed no pace despite being urged.
UNLIMITED STAR (App A Nazir) was obliged to race wide in the early and middle stages.
MAGIC PLAYER (HK Cheng) and CHERISH which both raced poorly, will each be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again.
Post-race veterinary examinations of MAGIC PLAYER and CHERISH revealed no obvious abnormality.

Acting on veterinary advice that ANOTHER SHOW (App H Haikal) was lame near fore, the Panel of Stewards ordered its withdrawal at 3.30pm and the gelding will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again.
WAR CODE (AL Da Silva) jumped awkwardly inwards.
Shorty after the start, WAR CODE and AUSSIE EAGLE (App S Shazmin) bumped.
SIEW YUK (HS Gill) jumped awkwardly outwards and crowded WINNING SMILE (L De Souza).
GOLD PLAN (S Saddam) jumped outwards and bumped onto RACE FOR FAME (How Yang) onto RAAYAN (A Suriya).
STYLE OF DRAGON (S Ruzaini) was racing keenly in the early stages.
SIEW YUK which raced poorly, will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again.
Jockey HS Gill, the rider of SIEW YUK reported that his mount was not striding out freely. A post-race veterinary examination of SIEW YUK revealed no obvious abnormality.
A post-race veterinary examination of WAR CODE revealed no obvious abnormality.
Jockey L De Souza, the rider of WINNING SMILE was shown the video of the start and was warned that he should make sufficient effort to jump his mount on terms, failing which action may be taken in future.

STARLIGHT GLIMMER and NOVA FACTOR, both are course scratching. STARLIGHT GLIMMER had sustained stone bruise near fore foot whilst NOVA FACTOR had sustained stone bruise near fore foot. Each will be required to pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again
Emergency acceptor ELITE SAINT was withdrawn due to a capacity field.
FOREVER LOVE (App M Ekdihar) which cast its near hind plate at the Paddock, had to be re-shod. FOREVER LOVE was examined behind the barriers by the Club Veterinary Surgeon and was passed fit to start.
BOY XANDER (HK Cheng) jumped awkwardly.
FOREVER LOVE and NO MORE DELAY (SU Lim) bumped on jumping.
BOY XANDER and DOCTOR GINGER (HS Gill) were both racing keenly in the early stages.
Passing the 600M, ELECTRONIC BOOM (WW Cheah) had to steady when FOREVER LOVE rolled in.
Passing the 400M, FA FA STAR (S Ruzaini) clipped the heels of DOCTOR GINGER and stumbled.
App S Shazmin, the rider of KING POWER reported that his mount was not striding out freely. A post-race veterinary examination of KING POWER revealed that the gelding had returned lame near fore and as such, will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again.
A post-race veterinary examination of BOY XANDER revealed no obvious abnormality.
The Club Veterinary Surgeon reported that DOCTOR GINGER returned having cast its near hind plate and cut off hind cannon. As such, DOCTOR GINGER will be required to pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again.
Jockey HK Cheng was questioned regarding his ride on BOY XANDER today. He stated that his instruction was to ride with cover in the 2nd or 3rd position, however the horse was keen and difficult to settle. After reviewing the video, the Panel of Stewards warned Jockey HK Cheng that he should ride all his mounts out so as to leave no room for query.

LET’S COME ON BABY (HK Cheng) was obliged to race wide in the early and middle stages.
Jockey AM Aizat, the rider of STRAP MARKS reported that his mount was making abnormal respiratory noises. A post-race veterinary examination of STRAP MARKS revealed that the gelding had returned with respiratory distress and as such, will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again.
LET’S COME ON BABY which raced poorly, will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again. A post-race veterinary examination of LET’S COME ON BABY revealed no obvious abnormality.
Jockey AM Aizat, the rider of STRAP MARKS was shown the vision of the start and was warned to make sufficient effort to jump his mount on terms with the field, failing which action may be taken in future.

RACE 9 (R1070) CLASS 5(B) – 1100m (sc)
GENERATION M and VAIN TYCOON, both are course scratching. GENERATION M had sustained injury near fore whilst VAIN TYCOON had sustained bruised off fore fetlock. Each will be required to pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again.
STARDICE which was up 25kgs in body weight since its last run, was checked by the Club Veterinary Surgeon prior to the race and was passed fit to start.
ARAGON PEGASUS (AK Lim) and WASHINGTON (App S Shazmin) were examined behind the barriers by the Club Veterinary Surgeon and were passed fit to start.
TILSWORTH MALI (App M Ekdihar), BANGALORE (A Suriya) and BAKUTEH (HS Gill) were all slow into stride.
BAKUTEH showed no early pace despite being urged.
THE SWAN (App A Nazir) was obliged to race wide in the early and middle stages.
The whip of App S Shazmin, the rider of WASHINGTON broke during the running.
Passing the 250M, NOVA PHOENIX (App P Haris) ran up to the heels of HORSE KING (HK Cheng) and had to switch out for clear running.
PURE PERFECTION (SU Lim) which raced poorly, will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again and the gelding was impounded for further analytical examinations.
A post-race veterinary examination of HORSE KING revealed no obvious abnormality.

POST-RACE ANALYSIS (EQUINE):
3rd November 2024 – PERAK NOVEMBER MEETING 2024
The report dated 14th November 2024 (V24/175) from the Chief Analyst of Usains Biomics Laboratory stated that 30 coded urine and 30 sets of coded blood samples from the above-mentioned race meeting were received on 3rd November 2024, for analysis under the MRA Rules and Regulations. No prohibited substances were detected.
