Level/ Specialization: Minimum possess Diploma in Accounting or related field and 1-2 years working experience in related field

Job Description:

  • Assist/processing daily/monthly transactions for General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, cash register and reconciliation and Fixed Assets Register functions.
  • Perform online banking transactions
  • Ensure monthly accounts are closed on time.
  • Update listing on receivable, GL, and all related accounts schedule.
  • Performing day to day accounting operations.
  • Able to work under minimum supervisory, handle task accurately, efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support Finance & Accounts operation
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

 

  • Minimum possess Diploma in Accounting or related field and 1-2 years working experience in related field.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Efficient and structured with attention to detail.
  • Responsible to work individually with minimal supervision.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Always keen to learn new tasks / responsibilities.
  • Proficient with intermediate /advance Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Excel
  • Priority will be given to whom can join with short notice
