Muhammad Bahauddin Bin Sharudin (S Bahauddin) has finally fulfilled his dream when he was granted a riding  license by the Selangor Turf Club from 1st September till 31st December 2024.

S Bahauddin joined a vocational school in Pahang at the age of 13 and majored in Equine Studies. After completing his education, he started to work in the stable of Lawson Moy together with his brother who was also his inspiration,  the 2021 Champion Apprentice, S Uzair.

By the age of 20, Bahauddin enrolled into the Selangor Turf Club Apprentice School with Trainer Charles Leck being his master. He grabbed every opportunity thrown to him and successfully rode around 80 barrier trials.

With the recent establishment of Joseph Leck stable at the Selangor Turf Club, Bahauddin was transferred to him and Joseph became his riding master. This humble young boy from Ipoh will be riding at 50kg and will be claiming 4kg .
