The Stewards, on 10 September 2020 at the Selangor Turf Club, inquired into the reason for SNAGGLE PUSS presented late at the pre-race holding area causing it to be withdrawn from Race 2 on 5 September 2020.

He stated that his Syce had overslept and that his Supervisor had failed to check if SNAGGLE PUSS had departed on time.
Trainer WC Lim pleaded guilty to a charge under MRA Rule 109 for failing to ensure SNAGGLE PUSS was presented on time and was fined RM1000/-.
