GENERAL REPORT(S) – SLTC
RACE 8 (R1124) CLASS 4B – 1200M (SC A6), SUNDAY, 15 DECEMBER 2024, SELANGOR TURF CLUB DECEMBER MEETING 2024
The Stewards, on Sunday, 22 December 2024 at SLTC, concluded an inquiry into the running and handling of CONGAREE and took evidence from Jockey SU Lim, the rider of CONGAREE.
After reviewing the films of the incident and considering the evidence tendered, the Stewards decided to take no further action.
RACE 8 (R1124) CLASS 4B – 1200M (SC A6), SUNDAY, 15 DECEMBER 2024, SELANGOR TURF CLUB DECEMBER MEETING 2024
The Stewards, on Sunday, 22 December 2024 at SLTC, concluded an inquiry into the riding of ONE ABRACADABRA and took evidence from Jockey AL Da Silva, the rider of ONE ABRACADABRA.
After reviewing the films of the incident and considering the evidence tendered, the Stewards reminded him to ride his mounts to the end of the race, so as to leave no room for query.
SUNDAY, 22 DECEMBER 2024, SLTC
Trainer WC Lim was fined RM250/- for negligence under MRA Rule 152(5)(a) for failing to present his horses for veterinary inspections.
RACE 1 (R1117) CLASS 5A – 1150M (Track II), SUNDAY, 15 DECEMBER 2024, SELANGOR TURF CLUB DECEMBER MEETING 2024
App Clyde Leck (SMART ONE) subsequently exercised his Right of Appeal and applied for a Stay of Sentence. The Panel of Stewards considered the application for a stay which was granted. The appeal hearing will be held at a date to be fixed.

SELANGOR TURF CLUB DECEMBER MEETING 2024
The report dated 19 December 2024 (V24/199) from the Chief Analyst of Veterinary Forensic Laboratory stated that 28 coded urine samples and 28 sets of coded blood samples from the above mentioned race meeting were received on 15 December 2024, for analysis under the MRA Rules and Regulations. No prohibited substances were detected.
