RACE 1 (R1388) CLASS 5(B) – 1700M
INTROIT and GOLDEN EMPIRE, both course scratching as they had sustained a bruised off fore sole and a punctured wound off hind coronet respectively, will each be required to pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again.
DAWNBREAKER (S Ruzaini) which stood and was slow to begin, will be required to pass one (1) starting stall test before being declared to race again.
DREAMS CAN BE REAL (M Yusri) was slow into stride.
Jockey R Rueven, the rider of FIRST SUCCESS, had difficulty in switching his mount out for a run in the straight as it was hanging in badly.
The Club Veterinary Surgeon reported that MERRY BELL (S Zulfikri) bled and will be barred from racing for a period of three (3) months under MRA Rule 92(3)(a)&(b) and thereafter will be required to pass a bleeder’s test before being declared to race again.
A post-race veterinary examination of JEFFREY (HK Cheng) revealed no obvious abnormality.

BANGKOK BOY (M Ewe) over-raced in the early stages and was difficult to settle.
Approaching the crossing at the 1500M-mark, GURNEY DRIVE (S Salee) shifted outwards, bumping the hind quarters of DARK KNIGHT (S Ruzaini).
BLACK TAIPAN (J Low) was inconvenienced approaching the crossing in a tightly-bunched field.
Approaching the 1400M-mark, MAZANZE (Y Aify) was also inconvenienced in a tightly-bunched field.
SACRED SEA (App A Nazir) shifted away from the whip in the straight.
Approaching the 350M-mark, SILENT PRINCE (App Clyde Leck) switched out to obtain a clear run.
A post-race veterinary examination of GURNEY DRIVE revealed no obvious abnormality.

RACE 4 (R1391) CLASS 5 (A) – 1300M
LUCKY TIGER and MICHAELEARNSTOROCK both are course scratching. LUCKY TIGER had sustained a bruised off hind fetlock and MICHAELEARNSTOROCK had respiratory tract infection. Each will be required to pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again.
LAST CHANCE (SU Lim) which was unable to be boxed, was withdrawn by order of the Stewards at 2.34pm. The gelding will be required to pass one (1) starting stall test before being declared to race again.
INVICTUS WARRIOR (M Yusri) and HOUSEHOLD DYNASTY (S Ruzaini) were both slow into stride.
At about the 1200M-mark, LET’S COME ON BABY (M Ewe) and USA CAPTAIN (App SN Shiva) became crowded and had to check when CAVALLA COURT (Y Aify) shifted in. At a subsequent Inquiry, Jockey Y Aify pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) and was suspended from riding in races for a period of two (2) race days with effect from Monday, 28th November 2022 and to expire on Sunday, 4th December 2022, both days inclusive. He was advised of his Right of Appeal (2.50pm).
A post-race veterinary examination of LET’S COME ON BABY revealed no obvious abnormality.

JET TWENTY, a course scratching as it had sustained a bruised off fore fetlock, will be required to pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again.
Approaching the 1000M-mark, VAIN TYCOON (J Low) dipped and thereafter, commenced to over-race.
The Club Veterinary Surgeon reported that SECKILL (R Narendran) returned exhibiting signs of respiratory distress and as such will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again.
Post-race veterinary examinations of PURPLE RAIN (S Zulfikri), COUNTRY LAW (AM Aizat) and SIEW YUK (SU Lim) all revealed no obvious abnormality.

HAPPY LUCKY STAR, a course scratching as it had sustained a bruised near fore suspensory, will be required to pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again.
YOU ARE GENIUS which was down 17kgs in body weight since its last run, was checked by the Club Veterinary Surgeon prior to the race and was passed fit to start.
RANT AND RAVE (App WW Cheah) and PENANG MAN (M Ewe) were checked by the Club Veterinary Surgeon behind the barriers and both were passed fit to race.
CHERISH (S Ruzaini), NOVA DASHING (J Low) and PENANG MAN were all slow into stride.
App WW Cheah, the rider of RANT AND RAVE, reported that his mount was not striding out freely. A post-race veterinary examination of RANT AND RAVE revealed no obvious abnormality.
Post-race veterinary examinations of NOVA DASHING and ROCK ARTIST (S Salee) revealed no obvious abnormality.

SHENG PROISIR and BAGHDAD are both course scratching. SHENG PROISIR had sustained a stone bruise off fore foot and BAGHDAD had skin allergy. Each will be required to pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again.
BALL AND CHAIN which was down 15kgs in body weight since its last run, was checked by the Club Veterinary Surgeon prior to the race and was passed fit to start.
At approximately the 700M-mark, PLACE YOUR BET (SU Lim) clipped the heels of OUD WOOD (App Z Syafifie) which rolled in. At a subsequent Inquiry, App Z Syafifie, in the presence of his Employing Trainer, Trainer K Ananthen, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) and was suspended from riding in races for one (1) race day with effect from Monday, 28th November 2022 and to expire on Sunday, 18th December 2022, both days inclusive. He was advised of his Right of Appeal (5.28pm).
Approaching the 100M-mark, CAPONE (M Ewe) became crowded and had to check when OUD WOOD shifted in. At a subsequent Inquiry, App Z Syafifie, in the presence of his Employing Trainer, Trainer K Ananthen, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) and was suspended from riding in races for a period of two (2) race days with effect from Monday, 19th December 2022 and to expire on Sunday, 25th December 2022, both days inclusive. He was advised of his Right of Appeal (5.30pm).

PNTC TRACKWORK – 24TH NOVEMBER 2022
Trainer C Robert was fined RM250/- for negligence under MRA Rule 152(5)(a) for failing to ensure that GENERAL ORDER (V225) trained by him was properly saddled for trackwork on the morning of 24th November 2022, resulting in the saddle slipping back and STR Sayuti being dislodged.
REPORT DATED 22ND NOVEMBER 2022 FROM PNTC SECURITY DEPARTMENT AGAINST TRAINER LIM HOON SENG AND “B” TRAINER ARUMIGAM S/O PALANI
At the conclusion of an Inquiry, evidence were taken from Trainer Lim Hoon Seng, “B” Trainer Arumigam s/o Palani, Security Personnel Corporal Kamarulzaman bin Zakaria and S/G Muktar Singh s/o Gajjan Singh.
Trainer Lim Hoon Seng was found guilty of an act of misconduct under MRA Rule 152(5)(a) in that on 12th November 2022 at about 8.40am, he had raised his voice and conducted himself in an inappropriate manner towards Security Personnel Corporal Kamarulzaman bin Zakaria and S/G Muktar Singh s/o Gajjan Singh for having allowed the Malaysian Police Officers to enter the stable area during curfew hours. Trainer Lim Hoon Seng was fined a sum of RM3,000/- (Ringgit Malaysia Three Thousand) and was advised of his Right of Appeal (7.00 pm).

The report dated 17th November 2022 (V22/175) from the Chief Analyst of Usains Biomics Laboratory stated that 41 coded urine and 43 sets of coded blood samples from the above- mentioned race meeting were received on 6th November 2022 for analysis under the MRA Rules and Regulations. No prohibited substances were detected.
