RACE 1 (R156) CLASS 5 (B) – 1400M
LETHAL WEAPON (App S Saddam) jumped away awkwardly.
THE MILLIONAIRE (M Ganeesh) raced wide from the 800M to the 600M.
Jockey S Salee, the rider of SWIFT, reported that his mount was not striding out freely. A post-race veterinary examination revealed that SWIFT returned lame near fore and as such, will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again.
Post-race veterinary examinations of MR WHYTE (K Eirwan) and LINING TOGETHER (App L De Souza) revealed no obvious abnormality.
THE MILLIONAIRE which raced poorly, will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again.

RACE 2 (R157) CLASS 5 (B) – 1400M
RACING TALENT which was up 22kgs in body weight since its last run, was checked by the Club Veterinary Surgeon prior to the race and was passed fit to start.
RACING TALENT (S Muniandy) and BLACK GHOST (K Eirwan) both jumped away awkwardly.
MEGUSTO (App CK Khaw) and MIGHTY PHOENIX (App I Firdzriel) were both slow into stride.
The saddle on MIGHTY PHOENIX slipped backwards on jumping away.
SUPREME SASSO (Z Khairil) had to steady passing the 1100M to avoid the heels of LION CITY GOLD (App L De Souza). Shortly thereafter, CHERISH (SU Lim) had to be steadied to avoid the heels of ONE MORE ACHIEVER (App CT Lee).
The Club Veterinary Surgeon reported that SUPREME SASSO returned exhibiting signs of respiratory distress and as such will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again.
Post-race veterinary examinations of RACING TALENT and BAYMAX (R Shafiq) revealed no obvious abnormality.

RACE 3 (R158) CLASS 5 (A) – 1400M
SPECIAL RAIN (R Rueven) and EASTWOOD (HS Gill) were checked by the Club Veterinary Surgeon behind the barriers and were both passed fit to race.
Trainer I Ismadi was fined RM100/- under MRA Rule 65(5)(c) for failing to produce the declared colours for HIGHLAND FALCON (App S Hafis).
EASTWOOD jumped away awkwardly.
NOVA DASHING (R Shafiq) was slow into stride.
The Club Veterinary Surgeon reported that REWARDING SMILE (S Muniandy) bled and will be barred from racing for a period of three (3) months under MRA Rule 92(3)(a)&(b) and thereafter will be required to pass a bleeder’s test before being declared to race again.
Jockey R Rueven, the rider of SPECIAL RAIN and Jockey HS Gill, the rider of EASTWOOD, reported that their mounts were not striding out freely. Post-race veterinary examinations of both geldings revealed no obvious abnormality.
Post-race veterinary examinations of CATCH ME GREAT (SU Lim) and FORTYEIGHT QUEEN (App CK Khaw) revealed no obvious abnormality.

RACE 4 (R159) CLASS 5 (A) – 1400M
GOLDEN CRAFTSMAN (R Shafiq) was fractious in the barrier, reared up and was cast. The gelding was removed from the barrier, checked by the Club Veterinary Surgeon and was passed fit to race.
SHREDDER (J Daniel) had to steady racing to the 1100M when IKING (App S Saddam) rolled outwards.
The Club Veterinary Surgeon reported that GOLDEN CRAFTSMAN returned broken-winded and as such, will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again.
Jockey C Goon, the rider of BM POWER, reported that his mount was not striding out freely. A post-race veterinary examination of BM POWER revealed no obvious abnormality. BM POWER, which raced poorly, will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again.
A post-race veterinary examination of ROSES FOR ME (HS Gill) revealed no obvious abnormality.

Trainer I Ismadi was fined RM100/- under MRA Rule 65(5)(c) for failing to produce the declared colours for LITTLEBITOFJOY (App S Hafis).
MOONSHINE MISTRESS (Z Khairil) had to be steadied racing to the 1400M.
Passing the 1400M, SECOND CHANCE (App S Saddam) had to be checked to avoid the heels of LITTLEBITOFJOY.
JJ STAR (R Shafiq) had to be checked passing the 300M to avoid the heels of MOONSHINE MISTRESS which shifted out. Shortly after this incident, MOONSHINE MISTRESS shifted ground inwards for clear running and passing the 50M, MOONSHINE MISTRESS rolled out, resulting in MR DAVID (SU Lim) being taken out onto the heels of ORDOS LEGEND (HS Gill) and checked. After reviewing the films, the Stewards could not attribute the blame to any one rider and no action was taken.
Post-race veterinary examinations of SING EXPRESS (S Anandan) and FOLLOW THE WIND (App CT Lee) revealed no obvious abnormality. FOLLOW THE WIND which raced poorly, will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again.

METIER STAR, a course scratching as it was bruised off fore heels, will be required to pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again.
MR CROWE which was down 17kgs in body weight since its last run, was checked by the Club Veterinary Surgeon prior to the race and was passed fit to start.
Jockey Z Khairil was fined RM500/- for negligence under MRA Rule 152(5)(a) for failing to make the carded weight on GOLDEN TYCOON. The Stewards permitted Jockey SS Vanan to replace Jockey Z Kharil on GOLDEN TYCOON.
CROWN STAR (SU Lim) had to be checked to avoid the heels of DESIRE SKY (App WW Cheah) passing the 900M and in consequence, STAR GENIUS (App S Saddam) had to be steadied to avoid the heels of CROWN STAR. Shortly thereafter, ARIF (J Daniel) rolled out making the turn, causing CROWN STAR to be taken wider.
BLACK AND WHITE (S Anandan) raced wide from the 800M until entering the straight.
Jockey SU Lim, the rider of CROWN STAR reported that his mount was not striding out freely. A post-race veterinary examination of CROWN STAR revealed no obvious abnormality.
Post-race veterinary examinations of MR CROWE (R Rueven), STAR GENIUS, MAGIC CITY (HS Gill) and GOLDEN SWORD (C Goon) revealed no obvious abnormality except MR CROWE returned having a cut into its near hind cannon.

RACE 7 (R162) CLASS 4 (A) – 1200M
Emergency acceptor, D’ GREAT OPULENT, was withdrawn due to a capacity field.
ORIENT EXPRESS which was down 15kgs in body weight since its last run, was checked by the Club Veterinary Surgeon prior to the race and was passed fit to start.
Trainer B Ng was fined RM100/- under MRA Rule 65(5)(c) for failing to produce the declared colours for AMISTAD (K Eirwan).
The Stewards permitted Jockey SU Lim to replace Jockey Z Khairil on GENERAL TYCOON when the latter was medically stood down by the Club Medical Officer.
BAKUTEH (S Anandan) which broke loose behind the barrier, ran a considerable distance and after being apprehended, was withdrawn by order of the Stewards at 4.35pm. The gelding will be required to pass one (1) starting stall test before being declared to race again.
WINGED FOOT (R Shafiq) dipped on jumping away.
PURPLE RAIN (App S Saddam) jumped away awkwardly.
STIRLING (App S Hafis) was slow into stride.
STIRLING raced wide from the 800M until entering the straight and continued to shift outwards until about the 100M.
PURPLE RAIN had to be steadied passing the 800M and lost ground.
The Club Veterinary Surgeon reported that DEADLINE DAY (App L De Souza) returned lame off fore and as such, will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again.
Post-race veterinary examinations of PURPLE RAIN and STIRLING revealed no obvious abnormality.

STREETS OF FIRE, a course scratching as it had sustained a stone bruise off fore, will be required to pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again.
REDOUBT which was up 15kgs in body weight since its last run, was checked by the Club Veterinary Surgeon prior to the race and was passed fit to start.
Due to miscommunication, Jockey S Muniandy was wrongly declared on DESTINY KNIGHT. The Stewards permitted Jockey HK Cheng to replace Jockey S Muniandy on DESTINY KNIGHT.
UNCHAINED MELODY (App CC Foo) and REDOUBT (App I Firdzriel) were both slow into stride.
RAGNAR (SU Lim) laid in racing to the 250M and had to be steadied to avoid the heels of D’GREAT EMINENCE (R Shafiq).
Jockey R Shafiq, the rider of D’GREAT EMINENCE and Jockey J Daniel, the rider of DOUBLE RAINBOW, both reported that their mounts were not striding out freely. Post-race veterinary examinations of D’GREAT EMINENCE and DOUBLE RAINBOW revealed no obvious abnormality.

RACE 9 (R164) OPEN MAIDEN (WFA) – 1100M
LADY LAKSHMI, a course scratching as it was bruised off hind pastern, will be required to pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again.
COMECATCHME which was down 15kgs and STRONG MAN which was up 15kgs in body weight since their last run, were checked by the Club Veterinary Surgeon prior to the race and were passed fit to start.
MARTELLO (App SN Shiva) jumped away awkwardly.
GOLD SEAL (App CT Lee) jumped away awkwardly and its saddle slipped backwards. The mare then raced greenly in the early stages of the race and threw its head about on several occasions.
COMECATCHME (SS Vanan) laid out under pressure over the concluding stages, resulting in GOLD SEAL having to be steadied and shifted in for clear running.
The Club Veterinary Surgeon reported that RAIDEN HERO (SU Lim) returned broken-winded and as such, will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again.
Post-race veterinary examinations of STRONG MAN (C Goon) and AIR COMBAT
(HK Cheng) revealed no obvious abnormality.
