Charles Leck trained galloper, VULCAN will strip fitter from his first up performance as he seeks a return to winning form in the 1200m Class 3 contest at Kuala Lumpur on Sunday.

VULCAN resumed from a two month break and caught the eye with a fast finishing 2nd in a Metro A race here three weeks ago. The eight year old actually finished ahead of his promising stable mate Gamestonks, which came out and won a listed race in Penang last Sunday.

That should prove to be a reliable form line for VULCAN who has won twice when produced second up previously and appears suited dropping back to Class 3 company this weekend.
