Five year old galloper GULF EAGLE looks well placed for a return victory in the 1250 Class 4B contest at Kuala Lumpur on Sunday.

GULF EAGLE has shown ability in three starts to date which includes a 1020m maiden win here on June 2. The Richard Lines trained performer caught the eye with a fast finishing 3rd behind the promising Golden Pegasus in the Listed SLTC 4Year Old Sprint over1200m on June 30.

GULF EAGLE will be freshened but appears to be holding his form with a recent trial win and will prove hard to beat at his Class 4 debut.
