The six-year-old by Mastercraftsman was tucked in midfield spot at the early part of the race and moved up gradually as the heads turn for home to beat Bahar in a convincing manner. Mr Hopkins has the potential to develop into a top class miller.Trainer AB Abdullah newcomer, Ground Attack, broke the ice with a pillar to post victory in a Class 4 (B) event over 1300m in Race 4. The five-year-old by Wanted clinched the lead on settling down and staved off a late challenge by Tarzan to win close home. More wins in store.
Trainer SY Lim’s Newcomer, Be Safe, bears watching after finishing a very good second in Class 4 (A) event over 1300m in Race 7.
The six-year-old by Court Command took the lead at the start of the race and was striding out very well till the final 200m from home, beaten into second spot by Allied Power.
