DRAGON BREATHING FIRE IN KL
Sun 2 July
Following two encouraging efforts this preparation, six year old galloper DRAGON RYKER appears on target to break through in the 1250m Class 4 contest
at Kuala Lumpur this Sunday.
DRAGON RYKER resumed from a four month spell on May 28 and sat on the pace when going down by a short head over 1100m. The Simon Dunderdale trained
performer stepped up to the 1400m trip here three weeks ago and worked forward from gate 11 to lead before he was overhauled to finish 3rd, beaten
a half length.
Apprentice, Clyde Leck rode DRAGON RYKER to successive wins in July last year and the pair should prove to be a formidable combination this weekend.
