Unbeaten four old DEFOE looks on target for the winning hat trick in the 1400m Class 3 contest this Sunday.

DEFOE arrived in Malaysia following one start in Australia which yielded an 1100m maiden victory back in March last year. The Frank Maynard trained gelding struck immediately at his first run in the country when sprinting home from on pace to record a  half length win over 1200m on November 10.

DEFOE gives the impression that the 1400m trip should prove to be no obstacle as carries 3.5 kg less on the class upgrade.
