RACE 4 (R1391) CLASS 5 (A) – 1300M 

 At about the 1200M-mark, LET’S COME ON BABY (M Ewe) and USA CAPTAIN (App SN Shiva) became crowded and had to check when CAVALLA COURT (Y Aify) shifted in.  At a subsequent Inquiry, Jockey Y Aify pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) and was suspended from riding in races for a period of two (2) race days with effect from Monday, 28^th November 2022 and to expire on Sunday, 4^th December 2022, both days inclusive. He was advised of his Right of Appeal (2.50pm).   

RACE 9 (R1396) CLASS 4 (B) – 1200M 

At approximately the 700M-mark, PLACE YOUR BET (SU Lim) clipped the heels of OUD WOOD (App Z Syafifie) which rolled in.  At a subsequent Inquiry, App Z Syafifie, in the presence of his Employing Trainer, Trainer K Ananthen, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) and was suspended from riding in races for one (1) race day with effect from Monday, 28^th November 2022 and to expire on Sunday, 18^th December 2022, both days inclusive.  He was advised of his Right of Appeal (5.28pm).   

Approaching the 100M-mark, CAPONE (M Ewe) became crowded and had to check when OUD WOOD             shifted in.  At a subsequent Inquiry, App Z Syafifie, in the presence of his Employing Trainer, Trainer K Ananthen, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) and was suspended from riding in races for a period of two (2) race days with effect from Monday, 19^th December 2022 and to expire on Sunday, 25^th December 2022, both days inclusive.  He was advised of his Right of Appeal (5.30pm).
