Job Description:
- Ensure seamless connection and functionality for race day control terminals, self-betting kiosks, and apps.
- Monitor race progress to ensure smooth execution of starts, timings, and result announcements, addressing any deviations or delays.
- Prepare and distribute necessary information to related parties.
- Provide maintenance and troubleshooting for betting terminals, including identifying and replacing faulty components at all sites.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Service Layer Testing, and Commingling Testing.
- Safe keep system reports.
- Provide ad-hoc support for new project development.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 – 4 years of administrative experience.
- Independent and fast learner.
- Intermediate proficiency in English, both speaking and writing.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as and when required.
