The Selangor Turf Club will be hosting its race meetings on Sunday, 18^th and 25^th October 2020.

Consistent with the Government’s effort to curb the spike of Covid-19 cases in the Klang Valley, the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) from 14^th October to 27^th October 2020 was implemented by the Authorities.

In supporting the government’s effort to stop the chain of infection from spreading, the Club will not telecast night races on Wednesday, 14^th and 21^st October. Furthermore, public admission will not be allowed into the Club on Saturday, 17^th and Sunday, 18^th October. Only Members of the Club are allowed to attend races. The Selangor Turf Club Administration Office working hours will be shortened and will close at 3:30 pm on weekdays.

Selangor Turf Club races will be telecast to Penang, Perak, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.

Horse Racing has continued behind closed doors in many countries around the world during Covid-19 pandemic. Among the countries which have hosted racing successfully behind closed door are Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, USA and Britain.

The Club will ensure that all Covid-19 standard operating procedures (SOP) are fully adhered to safeguard everyone’s health and wellbeing.
