Despite recording a solitary win in a thirty five start career, former Singapore galloper TANTHEMAN looks ready to strike second up in the 1300m Class 5A contest at Kuala Lumpur on Sunday.

TANTHEMAN caught the eye at his Malaysian debut with a fast finishing third over 1150m here on April 6. The five year old was heavily backed to start favourite when resuming from a six month break and closed off well from a rearward position to finish two lengths behind the winner.

The Jerome Tan stable is striking at a respectable 16% this season with nine winners, including a double at last Sunday’s meeting, and TANTHEMAN receives an opportunity to double his win tally this weekend.
