7	ACHILLES PEGASUS (Y Aify)	Shifted in away from the whip in the straight.

9	PULSE BOMB (App S Shazmin)	Restless in the barrier – 1 Starting Stall test. Withdrawn at 2:36pm: Injury to its back – Vet exam.

App A Azizi (STEALTH SIXTY-ONE) was fined RM250/- under MRA Rule 107(10) for failing to make the carded weight.

Trainer S Dunderdale was fined RM250/- for negligence under MRA Rule 152(5)(a) for failing to declare the use of tongue-tie on LIMITLESS SPEAR within the prescribed time.

1	KHAN PEGASUS (App Z Syafifie)	Raced wide in the early stages. Rolled out marginally at the 1100M. Hung in in the straight and shifted in away from the whip.
2	DRAGON WHISPERER (AL Da Silva)	Hung in in the straight. Had to be eased severely at the 1100M.
3	KING EIGHTY-THREE (Y Aify)	Slow to begin. An inquiry will be opened into the running and handling of the gelding. Jockey was examined by the Club Doctor who stood him down from his riding engagements for the remainder of the races today.
5	DARCY (App S Shazmin)	Slow to begin. Raced wide in the early and middle stages.
6	IRON RULER (R Nuqman)	Reacted to the outward movement of another runner at the 1300M, ducked in and was immediately corrected.
9	PACIFIC FORTUNE (App PH Seow)	Momentarily inconvenienced at the 1300M.

9	RS DIAGO (App A Azizi)	Vet inspection: Respiratory distress – 1000M/Vet (1 month embargo)

App A Azizi (RS DIAGO) was fined RM250/- under MRA Rule 44A(2) as he was unable to claim any allowance.

App PH Seow (COMMANDER) appeared before the Panel and was questioned on her tactics in this race. In this regard, she explained that it was her instructions to sit in the midfield, however, after her mount jumped out at the start, tightening another runner, she was forced to correct this gelding which resulted in it being unable to use its tactical early speed and she was forced to take up a rearward position further back than she would have preferred. The Panel noted the explanation of App PH Seow. When questioned, Trainer S Dunderdale confirmed the instructions stated by the Apprentice.

7	ATLANTE LEGEND (CK Khaw)	Had to be ridden in order to keep the pace with the field, however, was outpaced in the early stages of the race. An inquiry will be opened into the running and handling of the gelding.

After further consideration, the Panel of Stewards has decided to grant Jockey WW Cheah (SINGLE WARRIOR) a deferment of his suspension of one (1) Malaysian race day to be served on 5 January 2025.

Jockey AL Da Silva was fined RM250/- for negligence under MRA Rule 152(5)(a) for failing to arrive on course within the prescribed time.
