Trainer S Dunderdale was fined RM250/- for negligence under MRA Rule 152(5)(a) for failing to declare the use of tongue-tie on LIMITLESS SPEAR within the prescribed time.

App A Azizi (RS DIAGO) was fined RM250/- under MRA Rule 44A(2) as he was unable to claim any allowance.
App PH Seow (COMMANDER) appeared before the Panel and was questioned on her tactics in this race. In this regard, she explained that it was her instructions to sit in the midfield, however, after her mount jumped out at the start, tightening another runner, she was forced to correct this gelding which resulted in it being unable to use its tactical early speed and she was forced to take up a rearward position further back than she would have preferred. The Panel noted the explanation of App PH Seow. When questioned, Trainer S Dunderdale confirmed the instructions stated by the Apprentice.

After further consideration, the Panel of Stewards has decided to grant Jockey WW Cheah (SINGLE WARRIOR) a deferment of his suspension of one (1) Malaysian race day to be served on 5 January 2025.

Jockey AL Da Silva was fined RM250/- for negligence under MRA Rule 152(5)(a) for failing to arrive on course within the prescribed time.
